  二、项目建设有利条件
  
  II. Favorable Conditions for Project Construction
  
  以我市盛产的柑橘、蜜橘、脐橙为主的水果为原料,对其进行多酶酶解处理,多菌种发酵,采用独特的液固串淋发酵工艺生产复合发酵柑橘果汁、果酒和果醋。本项目目标是建立一条生物多酶酶解和多菌种联合发酵,液固串淋醋酸发酵,果汁、果酒、果醋联合生产线,开辟一条酶解发酵生产柑橘果汁、果醋、果酒,并有效利用果渣新的柑橘加工途径。
  
  Taking oranges, honey oranges, and navel oranges, which are abundant in our city, as the fruit raw material, the project carries out multi-enzyme enzymatic treatment, multi-strain fermentation, and adopts a unique liquid-solid state cluster sprinkling fermentation process to produce compound fermented citrus juice, fruit wine, and fruit vinegar. The objective of the project is to establish a combined production line of fruit juice, fruit wine, and fruit vinegar by using biological multi-enzyme enzymatic digestion technology, multi-strain combined fermentation, and liquid-solid state cluster sprinkling fermentation process, and then set up a production line of citrus juice, fruit vinegar, and fruit wine by using enzymatic fermentation process, and effectively use the new processing way of citrus fruit pomace.

  本项目关键技术于2004年4月26日通过省级成果鉴定,专家评定本产品填补了国内外空白,技术居国内领先。此后,又进行了多次中试研究,于2005年4月8日通过了省级成果鉴定,专家评定项目产品柑橘与木瓜复合果醋、果酒的开发填补了国内外空白,项目技术属国际先进水平。
  
  The key technology of the project passed the provincial achievement appraisal on April 26, 2004. The experts evaluated that the product has filled the gap at home and abroad with the leading technology in China. Since then, the product has been subject to several pilot-scale experiments and passed the provincial achievement appraisal on April 8, 2005. The product developed in the project, namely citrus and papaya compound fruit vinegar and fruit wine, were evaluated by experts as filling the gaps at home and abroad, and the project technology is of an international advanced level.

  本项目估算总投资为5200万元,已投资1100万元,计划引资4100万元。
